Cloud Credits FAQs

What are Cloud Credits?

Cloud Credits can be used to execute Load Tests from AWS EC2 instances started from the Real Load Portal. This is a conveninet way of executing load tests without having to deal with AWS directly.

When you launch a Measuring Agent via the Real Load Portal you'll be billed in Cloud Credit as follows:

Cloud Credits Terms and Conditions

  • Cloud Credits are NOT refundable.
  • Cloud instance usage is billed in hourly increments.
  • There is no expiration date set on Cloud Credits. They will be retained as long as you maintain your Real Load portal  account open. Note that an unlicensed Portal account (that is, an account without a valid license linked) will be removed if left unlicensed for 6 consecutive months. This will cause any remaining Cloud Credit balance to be lost.
  • We recommend buying cloud credits in small increments initially, so that you can estimate your actual usage.
